back Content To accompany works in the repertoire, the Junge Oper am Rhein offers two and three-day workshops in which 10 to 14-year-olds can participate creatively in response to opera and ballet productions. The workshops are held at a series of youth centres, at Theater Duisburg and the UFO.

Family workshop on “Krabat”

Ballett am Rhein invites theatre-loving families to the “Krabat” family workshop at Opernhaus Düsseldorf.
At the beginning we will have a short talk with the artists involved in the company. Then we will get to know part of the choreography of “Krabat” and dance it together.
Finally, we will visit a stage orchestra rehearsal and get a first impression of the production as well as an insight into the working processes.
